  Kudos ...really happy with latest visits to your fantastic beach location!

  I'm only reviewing the pizza which is Bianchi's pizza. They should bring back a separate yelp page. Anyway the issues I had was the service. Was slow. I saw the pizza sit there while the bar tender tended bar.  waitress didn't bring it over. They need to bring back the more pizza shop feel. This place use to blast pizza. You order a pizza it was in your stomach in 2 minutes in the old shop.
  
  In terms of the pizza pretty awesome! Nice crunch good sauce good cheese good dough. Rank it as good as the other famous ones.

  A long time Renzo fan, sitting by beach and want to enjoy and have slices. I called in several friends which I now canceled at this moment. I requested two slices and a beer while I wait for company. The nervous, jittery lacking social skilled bartender and manager abruptly told me when I asked for a few Jalopenos tossed on one slice "no" twice and said it's policy.
  
  I have deep roots in this city which doesn't matter. I'll never return or advise anyone to either.
  
  Typical disconnect in a fascinating fusion of two businesses. What an awful end to a phenomenal day.

  We live right next to Renzo and have been a hand full of times in the past two years here. It's convenient to step out the house and come right into a restaurant. But honestly if I wasn't their neighbor it's not a restaurant I would return to. I give this 4 start for good seafood and because they are neighbors. Honesty it's a solid three star restaurant. Staff focus on regulars and will ignore new people . You can sit at the bar for 10 minutes with out being acknowledge and 20 more after to place an order. Yesterday we sat at a table and had faster service but over all the experience was mediocre. Muscles are really good. There are almost no other options with in walking distance. So 4 stars for location and most food. Probably 2 stars for service. If you have enough patience and tolerance to wait , don't hesitate to check it out.
